How to Pay?

Once you have chosen the perfect gift (a bouquet, floral arrangement, or accessories), you need to specify the date and time for delivery, add it to your cart, and proceed to payment. Fill out the order form and select your preferred payment method. You will then be redirected to the chosen payment system’s page, where you should carefully follow the steps to complete your order successfully.

1. Online Payment by Bank Card (Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro) via the PayNet Payment System

By selecting online card payment, you will be redirected to the PayNet payment page. Here, you will enter your card details: the 16-digit card number, cardholder's name, CVV code (the last 3 digits on the back of your card), and the card's expiration date. Click the payment button to complete your order. This is a highly secure method, with safety guaranteed by the PayNet payment system.

2. Payment by Bank Transfer

This payment method is available for both legal entities and individuals with a bank account. The payment will be made to the bank account of the company "Tulip Flowers." To receive the necessary bank details, please call us at +37376620620.

3. Pay to the Courier Upon Delivery

If you choose this payment method, a courier will arrive at your address, and you can pay in cash upon delivery. This option is available only in Chișinău.

4. Payment in the FlowerLab Store

Payments can also be made at our store in Chișinău, located at Testemițanu Street 3/7. We are open from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 20:00. Here, you can also pay using a bank card.
