The Provider is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client data, their accounts (usernames), and passwords. The Provider will not share this data with third parties or sell it for any compensation.

By entering into a service agreement, the client agrees that the Provider may use their personal data in accordance with this privacy policy and the provisions of Law No. 133 of 08.07.2011 on the Protection of Personal Data, effective as of 14.10.2011 (Official Gazette No. 170-175, Article 492, with amendments introduced by Law LP52 of 12.03.2020, MO84/14.03.2020, Article 88; effective as of 14.03.2020). Definition of "Personal Data":
“Personal Data” refers to any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined in Article 4 (1)(1) of the GDPR.

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, storage, and use of personal data gathered by the Provider through its tools, website, and any third parties it cooperates with to fulfill contractual obligations. The Provider uses client data to deliver requested information and services or to provide ordered goods, as well as for the following purposes:

• Managing the client's account in their best interest.
• Receiving payments for goods and services provided.
• Responding to client inquiries and other purposes.

Personal data is processed solely based on legitimate interest, namely, to provide goods and services to the client. Only authorized personnel have access to this data. The Provider ensures the security of client data by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage of data. The Provider will never share client data with third parties or use it for marketing purposes without explicit client consent.

The Provider may disclose client data if required by law, law enforcement agencies, or third parties in the context of actual or anticipated legal proceedings, provided it does not violate data protection laws.

Client data will be stored for the duration of the primary agreement. The Provider may be obligated to retain client data longer to meet legal, contractual, or regulatory obligations.

Client Rights:

• Request a copy of all personal data held by the Provider at any time, free of charge.
• Ask the Provider to amend, correct, or update their personal data.
• Opt out of receiving any marketing communications from the Provider.
• Request the deletion of any personal data held by the Provider about them.
