Fresh flowers are perishable products. Therefore, bouquets delivered in proper condition cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.
At FlowerLab, every bouquet is carefully inspected for freshness, quality, and appearance before it leaves our studio, ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered.
If your bouquet arrives damaged, shows signs of reduced freshness, or differs significantly from your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs.
Every request is reviewed individually. After assessing the situation, we will offer the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement bouquet, partial compensation, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
